Alright, I finally got something done! Yeah, this piece has been another one that was just full of frustrations for me. I really wanted it to turn out better, but it looks like this one'll be mediocre for now. I really don't like the hair, but I enjoy how the eyes and leotard came out.

If you didn't know this is totally Sailor Mercury from the awesome anime/manga Sailor Moon! She was my FAVORITE character! I think this will have to be best homage I can give her for now, just wait until I get better with coloring! I have the other girls of the series started, so hopefully I'll get more of these girls done too, but they'll have to wait for my other obsessions to die down, haha!

I love your style! Your lineart is the best part- it translated great into photoshop :) I guess my only critique would be that her angluar face shape makes it a bit masculine, though that seems to be your style.
