Alright, it's totally Michelangelo from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! Even I watched that show as a kid, and I watched the movie, too! This was a request for ~youngmikey and I was happy to do it, it was definitely a good deviation from the fanart I've been working on currently! Thanks, hon, for giving me the opportunity to do this!
